Assignment: Replacing parts of a monitor support

The client had purchased monitor supports from an office furniture supplier. Due to a production error in the support arms, they did not perform as designed and employees were affected by this. In one weekend, on the instruction of the office furniture supplier, we replaced the defective parts of 175 monitor supports. The employees were not inconvenienced during this job and were able to enjoy the full functionality of the monitor supports and workstation again on Monday.
