Assignment: Organising and concealing cable spaghetti.

After opening the public desk, municipal staff complained about the cable spaghetti under their workstations in which they got regularly trapped with their feet. Also, many cables were too short, which meant that the monitor supports could not be properly adjusted.

This particular area contains many electrical appliances such as PCs, laminating machines, label printers, and copiers, which involved multiple extension leads, many of which chained together.

We have replaced the entire floor-based power supply with a GST18 system and connected everything in accordance with the NEN3140 standard, replaced short cables with longer ones, and positioned hardware and accessories in such a way that they are easily accessible and adjustable for employees.
